In addition to the many local stage productions many of our students participate in, our students are quite accomplished as professional performers. Here are just some of our accomplished students.
Pat Cleeland, Sarah Cleeland, Mia Hicks-Tomas, Miranda West, Emma Donnelly & Leah Tobias all performed as dancers in a flashmob.
Sarah Cleeland received a GREAT scholarship (and ½ room and board) to Rockford University to study Musical Theater. She is pursuing 3 majors, dance, musical theater and mathematics.
Courtney Dula appeared in the Missouri State Ballet Production of “The Nutcracker” at the Fox Theater. She was also accepted by audition to take part in a dance camp with the Missouri State Ballet Company. Courtney studied pre-med in college.
Chelsea Embree, Patrick McCullough, & Devin Stine all performed at the fashion show ‘Pink’ during St. Louis Fashion Week to benefit Breast Cancer awareness and treatment.
Hannah Geisz, Mark Geisz, & Reuben Thomas have all participated in shows at The Muny. Mark was chosen for a featured role as teen Tarzan in ‘Tarzan.’ Reuben has been a ‘Muny kid’ for 4 seasons, and continues to perform with them.
Kiri Haggans was accepted by audition for three consecutive years to participate in dance camp with the Missouri State Ballet Company. She has also appeared in and starred in multiple high school musicals.
Mia Hicks-Thomas, Grace Monshausen & Grace Sanford danced in the Moscow Ballet’s performance of ‘The Nutcracker’
Gracie Hinson works as a professional actress and has appeared in multiple stage shows with the St. Louis Muny Opera.
Katie Howard has appeared in many stage productions thought the St. Louis area. She has also studied in Los Angeles.
Gabrielle Markarian has appeared in two national toy commercials and a national commercial for Sears Portrait Studios.
Trevor McCullough appeared in multiple television commercials, completed a U.S. tour as ‘Peter Pan,’ and then went on to NYU where he studied dance and theater
Patrick McCullough has appeared in a national print ad and multiple musical theatre productions throughout the area including a lead role in “West Side Story” and a role in “A Chorus Line.”
John McCutcheon graduated from Brown University and has gone on to perform with multiple stage shows, including touring with “Peter Pan,” and is now continuing with his work in Los Angeles, CA.
Emily Mitchell has been in multiple national television commercials.
Linda Morris has appeared in two national print advertisements and made one the top ten finalists in the Miss Teen Missouri pageant.
Elisa Schreiber has performed with MADCO (Modern American Dance Co.) and has appeared in a Nationally Televised Public Service Announcement for Teens. She has graduated from Duke University and is pursuing dance in New York City, where she has performed with several professional companies
Devin Stine can be seen appearing as a regular for national toy commercials. And received a dance scholarship to college in New York. He is currently working on set in Los Angeles.
Alyson Swarm, Linda Morris, Christine Ford, Alex Sievert, Robby Hardcastle, Emily Hoehn, Christina Johnson, Jamie Wagoner, and Jessica Short were all featured in music videos for the feature film “Solo.”
William Swanson has appeared in a national toy commercial, a regional television commercial and an international feature film, “The Treatment.” And a Super Bowl advertisement.
Reuben Thomas has appeared in a national toy commercial, and a regional television commercial for Children’s Hospital. He has also been in multiple Muny productions.
Miranda West has received a Merit scholarship and theater scholarship to attend Abilene Christian University. She just finished a season of also performing at Six Flags.
Jahidi White received a full basketball scholarship to college and in the NBA where he holds records.
